It’s the middle of January. Keep celebrating the new year with new experiences by visiting a new nearby business. Eleven Ocean Springs elevates the time-honored tradition of Southern cocktail consumption in a chic yet warm environment in downtown.
About Eleven Ocean Springs
Eleven Ocean Springs officially celebrated their grand opening with a festive event on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Since then, it’s been hopping with watch parties, specialty seasonal drinks and beautiful sunsets.
Eleven Ocean Springs handcrafted cocktails include a variety of options for varied tastes. What’s more, the fun twists are noticeable from the start, with touches like referring to the menu sections as “chapters.” In all, there are four chapters: Martini, Smash, Manhattan/Old Fashion and Originals.
There are signature drinks like the Mississippi Punch, for example, found in chapter four, Originals. It’s described as a “true regional classic” that packs a punch with a refreshing blend of citrus flavors. The website also notes that the Mississippi Punch isn’t meant for big gulps but rather slow sips to truly appreciate the crafted cocktail.
Other delightful menu highlights include the smashes of chapter two. While this traditionally Southern-style drink is made of a few basic elements, the combination possibilities seem as endless as a hot summer afternoon.
Like the highly recommended Winter Smash, featuring jam, bourbon and Grand Marnier. Or bend tradition a little with the Broken Julep Smash, made with whiskey, lemon, orange, mint and sugar.
To find Eleven Ocean Springs, head to 1213 Government St. in downtown Ocean Springs. What’s more, this swanky new establishment isn’t too far from Maison D’Orleans Apartment Homes in Biloxi.
As a matter of fact, it’s about 10 miles from us, which means it’s about a 22-minute drive, depending on traffic.
